With my experience and expertise, I am at the disposal of the association and its members.
My goal: to find solutions and overcome obstacles, to create value and thereby bring joy to myself and my business partners.
CONFIDENTIALITY
- The Board of Management is bound to secrecy. Each member of the Board of Management has signed a non-disclosure agreement.
- The Board of Directors thus undertakes to keep confidential any information (whether in oral or written form) and documents which are made available to it or which come to its knowledge through its activities.
- Furthermore, he undertakes not to use such information for his own benefit, nor to make it available to third parties.
- Furthermore, in the event of resignation, the member of the Board of Directors undertakes to return all documents and information provided by IGUV, its members and cooperation partners and obtained in the exercise of the function, which are in the possession of the member of the Board of Directors, immediately after resignation, or to delete all data and not to retain any copies.
