1. IDENTIFICATION
The customer obtains all relevant information directly from the asset manager. This strengthens customer loyalty and identification with the asset manager.
2. INFORMATION
The portfolio information is better prepared, so that the customer has more key figures on his portfolio at his disposal.
3. NOTIFICATIONS
The customer can set different notifications in his profile. He can be notified when his portfolio is for example x% in plus or in minus or in different intervals for example monthly or quarterly. If a notification is sent to the client, then the asset manager automatically receives a copy of it.
4. DOCUMENTS
The asset manager can make contracts and documents accessible to his client in his personal area. For each individual document, the asset manager can decide whether the client can see the document or not.
5. DATA PROTECTION
Instead of sending sensitive customer data such as a securities account statement or tax statement unprotected by e-mail, the asset manager can upload this document in the portal and send only the link to this document by e-mail.The client can simply click on the link and then lands directly on a login page. After he has logged in with password and user name, the corresponding document is directly displayed to him.

If the asset manager uploads the documents in the system, he can select any compliance officer. The compliance officer receives access to his audit-relevant documents as soon as all documents have been completely deposited with a client. The compliance officer can immediately perform the predefined compliance checks online in the system. The compliance checks are also logged and it is verifiable who looked at which document and when and which check was carried out.
8. INTEGRATED RISK CLASSIFICATION
The asset manager can create the risk profile in the customer profile with 8 multiple choice questions about the customer, simply by clicking. Based on these simple questions, the AMLA risk is calculated. The asset manager can thus sort his clients according to risk.
9. SECURITY
The data is stored on dedicated servers at a certified Swiss hosting service provider and encrypted using state-of-the-art methods.
