The asset manager participates in the management fee (the figures can be simulated in the calculator below). The asset manager decides himself whether he wants to pass on his share to his client or not. The asset manager is obliged to inform his client about the cost sharing. Together with the client, the asset manager evaluates the cooperation and quality with the real estate partner on an annual basis.
If, for example, the real estate partner becomes aware that the client wishes to buy or sell a property, the procedure must first be discussed with the asset manager.
The gross rent is about CHF 350,000 on 12 flats, the property management costs 4.2% of the gross rent or CHF 14,700 per year. Mr. Müller receives CHF 1,176 per year of this.
