Inexpensive PMS solutions are available from as little as CHF 5,000 per year, while more expensive solutions are only available from CHF 60,000 per year. However, the upper limits are open. Most PMS providers range between CHF 10,000 and CHF 30,000 per year.

A serious test phase for a new PMS platform, for example, can take up to a year. Setting up a test environment alone can take several weeks. There is not enough time to test a sufficient number of such providers on all relevant functions. Focusing on the best solutions saves the UVV a lot of time.

Choosing the wrong provider because one has not analysed one's own requirements enough or has not asked the relevant questions beforehand is unforgivable.   • Online meeting 60 to 90 minutes with the specialist to clarify questions
  • UVV receives an evaluation grid with valuable tips that are important for the evaluation.
  • UVV contacts the providers directly and tests or compares them itself
  • UVV decides on a provider and concludes a contract with the support of the specialist
