The artificial intelligence (AI)-driven tool generates a report on whether and to what extent your website complies with data protection. With a plug-in, it ensures that your website is always up to date and complies with all data protection requirements. The tool mainly refers to the GDPR and other requirements that apply in the EU. As of September 1, 2023, the new Swiss Data Protection Act (nDSG) will come into force.

Mondata developed and trained the AI in collaboration with Saarland University.
The comprehensive analysis provides full details of where your website has deficits and what needs to be changed. It also automatically provides the data protection clause tailored to your website and writes the imprint for you.
Comprehensive data protection
The tool establishes data protection on your web site, thus it creates and guarantees comprehensive and up-to-date data protection against the outside world. It depends on your internal business processes whether they also require internal data protection measures (see image excerpt from the 32-page analysis). For the internal implementation of these measures, of course, human intelligence comes into play.
Advantages
You show your customers and the further visitors of your web pages that you take data protection seriously. The data protection clause and the imprint are always up-to-date. Changes to your web pages as well as legal, regulatory developments and landmark court decisions are recognized by the AI and it automatically adjusts your data protection clause and imprint. You are safe from complaints and warnings. If required, you can use the report to prove how you comprehensively ensure data protection.
Conditions

The costs depend on the size of your web pages. The basic price for up to 300 subpages is CHF 30 per month plus VAT. IGUV-Members receive a discount of and pay only CHF 300 per year instead of CHF 360.

When is a good time to implement?
You can start using the tool right now. It ensures comprehensive compliance with the EU GDPR and all other EU requirements. This means that you also comply with the data protection law that is still in force in Switzerland. As soon as the new data protection law comes into force in Switzerland, the tool will automatically adapt your privacy policy and your imprint to the changes.
