In order to use the members' forum, registration is required. Registration creates a user account that allows the user to access the members' forum and post messages. Registration is free of charge.

5. changes to the terms of use

We reserve the right to change these Terms of Use at any time. The changes will be communicated to the user by e-mail and will come into force 14 days after notification, unless the user objects within this period. If the user objects to the changes, his user account will be blocked.

6. termination of use

The user may terminate the use of the members' forum at any time by deleting his user account. We reserve the right to block or delete the user account of a user without giving reasons.

7. severability clause

Should individual provisions of these Terms of Use be or become invalid, this shall not affect the remaining provisions. The invalid provisions shall be replaced by the statutory provisions.
Applicable law and place of jurisdiction
Swiss law shall apply exclusively. The place of jurisdiction is Zurich.
