In cooperation with our fiduciary, this is how you provide added value and a comprehensive service to the client.

 

Instead of paying 1% for asset management, for example, the investor now pays 1.1% or 1.2% per year. He makes use of the the calculator below on this website to include the costs for the tax return in the asset management costs.

The margin of safety is determined by the asset manager himself, depending on how much work he has to do with the case. The asset manager evaluates the work of the trustee annually together with his client. These evaluations are not published and are used internally for quality control of the cooperation partners.
The trustee has a contract with IGUV and is subject to professional secrecy. Except for the purpose of completing the tax return, the trustee may not contact the client or disclose client data to third parties.
The trustee and the asset manager adopt the conditions calculated in the Calculator calculated conditions (the safety margin is credited to the asset manager).
Should it become apparent that the calculation according to Calculator does not work out, the trustee must inform the asset manager ahead of time and agree on the further procedure.
Subsequent deviations at the expense of the asset manager are excluded. The asset manager pays the invoice for the tax return directly to the trustee.

REQUIREMENTS TO OUR FIDUCIARIES

  • IGUV SME Membership.
  • IGUV is accepted as an independent mediator in case of disagreements between the parties. The parties undertake to exchange information on the cooperation on a regular basis or to hold a corresponding update meeting as agreed.
  • The trustee confirms that all client and personnel data will be handled with special care and in compliance with all data protection regulations. All clients who are advised and/or concluded contracts enjoy full client protection and remain under the client sovereignty of the asset manager. In the event of any termination of the business relationship with IGUV , the trustee shall continue the client relationships that have arisen.
