In the run-up to the new financial market regulation, Roger Fromm was involved in the establishment of Alliance Finance in 2011. Since 2016, he has regularly published ASSET MANAGER, a financial magazine that reaches over 9,000 readers. In September 2020, he founded IGUV together with David Kraus and Markus Amstutz. Since 2008 he has been working as an independent asset manager and received FINMA authorization for his company INVESTORY in 2022. Prior to that, Roger Fromm worked for 19 years at various large and private banks in wealth management and private banking.

Roger Fromm has also developed various platforms, including a compliance tool that simplifies collaboration with third parties, a ICS tool that facilitates communication between compliance officers and the asset manager's staff, and an artificial intelligence app that optimizes recurring processes for asset managers.
