THE ONLINE DOCUMENT CHECK

Here you can have your contracts and documents reviewed online by a recognized expert before uploading them to FINMA's EHP tool and releasing them for review by the supervisory organization.

 

In this way, you can avoid the worst mistakes in advance. 



The expert will check your documents for the following points:
  • Missing elments
  • Weak points
  • Error

CREDIT WORTH 800 FRANCS

  • The asset manager is entitled to one online consultation worth CHF 800 per membership and year. This corresponds to 2 hours or 10 standard pages with a maximum of 1,500 characters.
  • These advisory credits cannot be paid out, converted or transferred to subsequent years or to other members.
CONDITIONS
  • The first 10 pages are free of charge, each additional page costs CHF 50.
  • For example, if 29 pages are uploaded for review, the upfront payment is 950 francs, and if 100 pages are uploaded, the upfront payment is 4,500 francs.
  • The asset manager may also submit questions. Provided that these questions can be answered within two working hours, the service is covered by the membership fee. If the question is more complex and further clarification is required, the expert will submit a quote.
  • Details are without value added tax. At the current time, IGUV is not yet subject to VAT.
TRANSPARENCY
  • The advance payments are reimbursed at 80 % to the external expert.
PROCEED - STEP BY STEP

Asset Manager -> Uploads documents via the form below and or asks questions.

IGUV -> Checked if documents contain maximum 1'500 characters and if the questions and documents can be covered by the agreement and if necessary ensured the collection.

IGUV -> Once everything is OK, the documents and questions are released to the expert with a link for processing and review. (No documents will be sent by email at any time). The advance payment will be compensated to the expert.

Compliance Expert -> Processes documents online and records above items accordingly.

Asset manager -> After the documents have been checked by the expert, the client receives a login to the commented documents. He can now clean up his documents himself, if necessary. He also receives an evaluation link and can rate the work and the tool.

EXTERNAL EXPERTS
IGUV would like to provide its members, whenever possible, with a selection of different experts. Because this service is still new and under construction, we do not already want to use a dozen lawyers.
We are pleased to present our first compliance expert. Further experts will follow if there is demand for this offering.
