* Note on the offer
The offered fixed price of CHF 10,800 incl. 10% discount refers to typical medium-sized institutions. Assumption: five or fewer full-time employees, up to 50 client relationships, up to CHF 120 million AuM, up to 5 custodian bank relationships, classic UVV business model without untypical additional services and without extraordinary business risks (e.g. high cross-border risks).
In the case of larger institutions with a higher number of employees, higher assets, more customer relationships, a more complex business model and/or higher risks, the catalog described above with fixed price and discount applies as the starting point for an upwardly adjusted cost agreement taking into account the specific circumstances. The discount offered in these cases is also 10% of the calculated project fee (e.g. discount of CHF 1,500 for a calculated project fee of CHF 15,000). On the basis of this offer, an individual order confirmation is determined with the IGUV member. It is assumed that the asset manager will substantially and promptly cooperate in the preparation of the required documentation and the processing of the defined to-do list.
