IGUV is looking for compliance specialists to perform online compliance and risk management audits on behalf of IGUV . 5 years of experience in the field is required.
All testing work is done online via the proprietary tool. The tool was developed on behalf of INVESTORY, a partner of IGUV . With the help of this tool, all checks can be performed online and verified at any time.
IGUV Members can calculate the costs for outsourcing compliance and risk management audits themselves online. As a rule, these costs are between 0.02% and 0.08% AuM p. A.
Proceeds are divided as follows:
- 70% Compliance expert
- 30% Software provider
The asset manager has a contract with IGUV and evaluates the cooperation with its compliance expert annually. The compliance expert also has a contract with IGUV and is subject to professional secrecy.
The asset manager can request the experts available for selection for the audit online and change them every year if necessary. Each compliance expert can accept or reject these requests online himself (even without giving reasons).
The use of the tool is free of charge for the compliance expert for audits of IGUV members. If the compliance expert would also like to use the tool for audits of non IGUV members, then he pays CHF 500 per year for the membership.
