On Tuesday 29 September between 10 and 11 a.m. was the first IGUV online presentation. The presentation, packed with information, lasts about 45 minutes.

Important for all participants was the topic of sample documents for download, followed by Compliance, Ombudsman & SO and Regulatory Monitoring. The least important topic was the freephone number for calls from abroad, and a secretary who automatically answers calls when calls are diverted during vacations or when the phone is busy.
In the presentation, we briefly discuss one third of the IGUV topics, in descending order of priority, according to the survey. The complete evaluation of the flash survey was sent personally to the participants of the survey.
Next, IGUV is planning three more online presentations. At these presentations we want to go a bit deeper into the subject matter. We will also send you a short survey at these events so that we can prepare ourselves optimally for the most important topics.
